Returns & Cancellation Policy
At The Door Line, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about a standard product, we offer a returns period in accordance with UK consumer regulations, subject to the terms outlined below.
Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to cancel it and provide a full refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return and the conditions outlined below will apply.
Returns
Standard, non-bespoke products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are:

Unused and in their original condition

Returned in their original packaging

Not damaged, altered or installed

Suitable for resale
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us as soon as possible if any item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged during transit or supplied in error, The Door Line will work with you to arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
Photographic evidence may be requested to help us assess the issue and process your claim efficiently.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Products
Unfortunately, bespoke, made-to-measure and special-order products cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has commenced.
As these products are manufactured or sourced specifically to customer requirements, they are exempt from standard cancellation and return rights unless found to be faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed as soon as reasonably possible following receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
