Shipping
10.1 Orders will be processed and delivered promptly, no later than 30 days after the order date.
10.2 Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery after dispatch.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
11.1 You have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
11.2 Your cancellation period begins when you place your order and ends 14 days after receiving your goods.
11.3 To cancel, notify us via email or phone before the cancellation period ends.
11.4 If you have received the goods, you must keep them safe and return them to us at your own expense (unless faulty or wrongly supplied) as soon as possible.
11.5 If you fail to return the goods, we may charge you our direct recovery costs.
11.6 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of cancellation, minus a £50 administration fee.
11.7 Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty or wrongly supplied.
11.8 You cannot cancel orders for:
(a) bespoke or made-to-measure goods; (b) goods altered or decorated at your request; (c) goods fitted by you or your contractor and later found to be damaged; (d) goods made to your specification or personalised; (e) fitted packages with a signed agreement; (f) bespoke joinery products as part of a fitted package.
11.9 You will also lose your right to cancel if:
(a) goods are unsealed and unsuitable for return; (b) goods are not in original packaging; (c) goods are combined with others so they cannot be separated.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, accidents, war, fire, equipment breakdown, or shortages of materials.
Product Information
Timber is a natural product and may vary in colour, grain, and contain knots. Some movement or surface changes may occur after manufacture or fitting, and these are not considered defects. While we take steps to reduce expansion or contraction, we cannot guarantee it will not occur. Images on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
